Briscoe Properties Limited (BPL) was incorporated on the 25th of September 2003, as a Property Management company, with the name Briscoe Homes Limited.

The company’s name was changed to Briscoe Properties Limited in February 2004 and the business scope broadened to include Integrated Facility Management, Project Management, Property Development, Property Management, Sales and Leasing.
